Delete Your RealBuild Account

You can request deletion of your RealBuild account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

1. Open the RealBuild app

2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

3. Confirm the request

Or, if you can't access the app, email us at team@realbuildapp.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Account."

What we delete:

- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)

- Your photos and uploaded content

- Your service area, trade selections, and saved preferences

- Your account login credentials

What we retain (and why):

- Records of completed transactions and project history may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.

- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be tied back to your identity may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
