Contractors and investors, matched locally.
Philly investors post rehab and new construction jobs free. Local contractors in the same trade and the same zip code respond for $9.99 flat. No subscription, and the lead is never resold to ten other guys.
Full roof tear-off & replace
How it works
Three steps, about ninety seconds. Free to join.
For contractors
- $9.99 flat per response. No monthly subscription.
- Five responses per job, then it closes. Your bid isn't one of fifty.
- Investor work, rehab and new construction: full rewires, tear-offs, and ground-up builds, not homeowners pricing a ceiling fan.
- Investors who like your work come back with the next property.
For investors
- Post free. Always.
- Local quotes typically inside 48 hours.
- Your number stays private until you decide to share it.
- Contractors who already work your zip codes and know rowhome pricing.
The trades
If it goes into a rowhome rehab or new construction, it's in the app.
Where we're live
Philadelphia. Specifically where the rehab and new construction work is: Brewerytown, Point Breeze, Fishtown, and Kensington, the city's densest permit corridors. That's by design, not coincidence. Density beats geography. A roofer who sees three jobs in his own zip code signs up without thinking about it.
Questions
How much does it cost?
Investors post jobs free. Contractors pay $9.99 to respond to a job. No subscription, no monthly fee, no percentage of the project.
Isn't this just Angi or Thumbtack?
No. Those sell the same lead to a dozen companies for $50–$100 a pop. Here it's $9.99, capped at five responses per job, and the work is investor rehab and new construction projects rather than homeowner requests.
Who sees my contact information?
Contractors respond without seeing your details. You review the responses and decide who gets your number.
What if nobody responds to my job?
Email us at team@realbuildapp.com and we'll work our contractor list personally until you have quotes. We're small enough to still do that.
Are you only in Philadelphia?
For now, yes. We'd rather be the obvious choice in a handful of neighborhoods than a thin option in fifty cities.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Additional Settings → Delete Account. Full details are on the account deletion page.
