Delete Your RealBuild Account

You can request deletion of your RealBuild account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open the RealBuild app
2. Go to Settings → Additional Settings → Delete Account
3. Confirm the request

Or, if you can't access the app, email us at team@realbuildapp.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Account."

What we delete

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your photos and uploaded content
• Your service area, trade selections, and saved preferences
• Your account login credentials

What we retain, and why

• Records of completed transactions and project history may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be tied back to your identity may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
